Home Buyer Tax Credit
The first time home buyer tax credit is expiring again s0on. As it stands today (hopefully it gets extended..) one must be in contract by April 30, 2010 and have closed escrow by June 30 2010. First time home buyers are eligible for up to $8000 and Sellers who have been in their residence full time for the past 5 years are eligible for up to $6500.00. If you plan on taking advantage of this incentive, NOW is the time. You do NOT have to pay this back!
